About the Game:

This game was created over the span of a semester for TAGD's Spring 2024 Game Jam. Why did I decide to make a roguelike this was a lot of work and there's a ton of stuff I never got to, just like last time lol. Also like last time, I made the game too hard probably. Rooms have a 60% chance to spawn a health pickup now, you're welcome. Don't feel bad if you die a lot, there's a lot of overtuned stuff.

Got Best in Design and placed 2nd overall.

The Story:

A multi-million dollar tech conglomerate has just announced the release of their latest system patch for their robots, It's got lots of bug fixes, 20% increased startup times, and tweaked drivers which break any program made before 2008. Sounds great, except there's one small issue which causes any and all systems it's installed on to go haywire and start attacking anything that moves. As an elite cybersecurity expert, it's up to you to break into the office, make your way to the server room, and smash it before the upload can finish. But watch out! As the update continues to roll out, the robots you encounter will become more and more deadly, and you may even encounter some extra-powerful foes, such as the dreaded Installation Wizard.

The Controls:

• Left Click to punch/throw
